@Joe188 I would probably say “My foot has improved ever since I started doing exercises by my doctor” I think the original was really good, but it just needs a little bit more context ;)

Get improved it to improve, Have improved is to already been improved :)

@Joe188 It was very close to being grammatically correct, it just needed more contexts like adding “ever since” which basically means after
