There is no difference in meaning. You could use any of these and it would sound good. If you want to get *very* specific, I almost always say “I have to do the dishes” instead of “I have to do dishes.” I also more often say “I have to do laundry,” but I would say “I have to fold the laundry.”
There’s no change in meaning at all, so I wouldn’t worry much about it 👍
