it doesn't sound natural.
1. dessert is separate from dinner, so you should say: I was thinking of having dessert after my dinner tonight. you can also say: I was think of having dessert with my dinner tonight. you can have dessert for dinner but people are going to think you are unhealthy.
2. we say service instead of network and tripping is used differently. what you should say is: your service was bad so I couldn't get a hold of you. you can say your network was bad so I couldn't get a hold of you, but it sounds a bit unnatural.
