I tried googling the word.
It means a supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC, a soccer team in England.
EX) Being a Tottenham Hotspur supporter, Richard Littlejohn is something of an honorary Jew, gleefully referring to himself as a "yiddo" on his radio shows.
