"Sick" = a general term for being unwell. Might indicate illness, such as a cold or flu, or disease, etc. The severity varies.
Ill = very similar to sick. In some places, this is just used instead of saying "sick", and in other places, "ill" indicates a more severe kind of sickness. Depends on who's saying it. Personally, when I think of someone being "ill" I believe that they're pretty badly unwell, more so than just being "sick".
Sore = physical pain in the body, similar to "hurt" and "aching". Usually, this refers to strain or overuse of the body part, like sore muscles or sore eyes. However, it's also used interchangeably with "hurting" in many cases, such as someone's stomach being sore.
