The phrase "bike mirror rearview" would not be used in the US.
When we say "rear view mirror", this refers to an interior, center-mounted, mirror showing a view of what is behind.
Cars have exterior mirrors on the left and on the right. These are referred to as side mirrors. (The side mirrors are "rear view mirrors", but when hearing the phrase "rear view mirror", we would first think of the center-mounted interior rear view mirror.)
A bike mirror is more like a car's side mirror. It is a rear view mirror, but we would normally say simply "mirror" or "bike mirror". These are also called cycling mirrors.
Note on the compound adjective:
rear-view mirror -- This is correct use of a hyphen to combine two words into an adjective.
rear view mirror -- This is also considered correct.

@EBSNH on an online store? what do we say?
- English (US)
In a store, I would use cycling mirror.
I would also use the phrase bike mirror so that it would be clear and catch the searches.
In the marketing context of a store there also nothing wrong with using:
Bike Rear View Mirror
Cycling Rear View Mirror
These would be very clear to a person who is shopping.
There is more value in being clear than any concern as to whether these terms are used in day-to-day conversation.
