I don't know if there's a physiological relationship between them, but it's possible.
I have had a conversation with someone where we switched back and forth between English and Japanese, and he told me that he observed that my adam's apple hitched up higher when I was speaking Japanese and dropped lower when I was speaking English.
I think that has more to do with the natural intonation of Japanese, as in the way people speak and emote with their voice, versus the inonation of English. The pronunciation itself doesn't seem like it would be that likely to direcly affect the pitch of your voice.

Thank you very much for answering.
Position of Adam’s apple between saying Japanese and English is interesting.
I think that deeply understanding about English such as way to voice and breath makes my English skill improve!

It might help, but to be honest, I think that if you do it successfully, it will be a matter of imitating the intonation of native speakers, and you won't be thinking consciously about your throat.
It might help to be aware that your voice will sound lower overall as a result, but it doesn't seem to me like there's much point in consciously manipulating your throat.
If people don't understand your English, it's often because you're putting the emphasis on the wrong syllable, or not making an emphasis that "pops out" enough.
Think of it like learning how to play a taiko drum piece, haha.
