No difference. Same meaning. The first two are better. "Emerged" is correct but it sounds a little unnatural.

@carstrk not in the context you gave. That would be more "Bad behavior RESULTED from the UPBRINGING his father gave him."
"came out of the chimney." is the most natural of the first 3 but the other two are just fancier words. "Issued" is best use to describe a flow from one place to another, especially from inside of something to the outside. "Emerged" is like to come into view from somewhere hidden or out of sight. "Came up" and "occurred" are sort of the same but "came up" is better used in the context of something unexpected. The second sentence you used is to describe one thing being caused by another, so "resulted" is a much better word choice
