飲まれている薬はすべて液体ですか?
They are both natural, because they don’t mean the same thing.

If you say drink this medicine it's got to be in liquid form. Like cough medicine perhaps. If you say take this medicine it could be in a different form. Like a pill. Something you swallow that is not liquid.
