I'm so tired and exhausted today. Even though I really wanted to hang out with Ava, if she calls I will ignore it.

You could say:
"I'm so exhausted today. I really wanted to hang out with Ava, but if she calls, I'm ditching her."
Using contractions ("I'm" instead of "I am") is more informal.
To "ditch" someone means "abandon," or in an informal/casual setting, it often means to "cancel plans."
