So, the idea is you can have a super power, but it has a drawback.
For example, there's the triple take.
You can freeze time whenever you want for as long as you want.
But once you unfreeze everyone else, you're frozen for three times as long.

In this example, a “triple take” is a superpower that when done, also affects the super power holder as well, but triple the amount of impact. So for example, if someone were to use their weather powers to make a bit of snow rain on someone, they’d also have snow rain on themselves but significantly more snow.
