I am very confused I was talking with someone and my Arabic is not very good I mix and match dialects with MSA.

I was talking with someone and he asked to see my picture and right under the pics I sent I put “ هل تحب؟”

He replied لا مااحب
I replied لماذا ؟
He replied لي اني حبيتك اول ماشفتك
I replied لكنك لم تعجبك مقاطع الفيديو
He replied من قال لم تعجبني and انتي دخلتي قلبي

I replied “انت قلت ذلك😭؟” referring to when he said لا مااحب . I also said ‎فهل تحب ام حقا لا

He finally said لا لم احب اي احد

I have not replied yet because I don’t want to sound anymore stupid but could someone explain this conversation because I don’t know if I worded something wrong or if I just don’t understand this

I don’t know if it matters but he’s Saudi I think

I think he meant the he loves onebody except you because he loved  you at the first sight and you have captured his heart

@ahmedhisham7 I think maybe he thinks they are someone else’s pics because it doesn’t make sense that he said he doesn’t like at the beginning of the conversation, is that maybe the cause of confusion  ?

How would I say “do you really ?” In a flirtatious way . And also how could I say “when you say that you give me butterflies in my stomach ” I don’t know what’s the Arabic expression for that if there even is one

it's kinda like if he's trying to say he liked u already before even seeing but he ended it with that he hasn't loved anyone
so kinda like even tho he might like but not really love if that makes sense
