What would you like, a tea or a coffee?
'a tea/a coffee' means 'a cup of tea/a cup of coffee'
Since there are two options, the answer is 'neither (of them)' Both phrases are correct.
'None' is used for more than two options.

You can't say "none" if it's just two options, but you could say "neither" or "neither of them." I probably would say "Neither, thanks though."

thank you both ! @Leyla2884 you put " of them" into parenthesis so it means it's ok to just say "neither" alone, right? and I guess it's just more casual..

@Gratien42 Provided you add 'thank you/thanks' in response, you can use it both with or without 'of', with no change in the meaning. However, without saying 'thank you/thanks', you may end up sounding rude.
