Question about English (US)

Hi everyone.

I’ve hear those two phrases:

Are you a gym rat?
Are you a beach bum?

My question is, are they used interchangeably? Example:
Are you a gym bum?
Are you a beach rat?

And is there any other examples like those?
Can I say something like this:
food rat/bum
Movie rat/bum
?

Thank you so much.
