Question about Japanese

i learn japanese by watching any japanese contents, esp. from youtube. I found this Takeshii from Japan interviewing people in japanese. One day he talks about anime and asking people : "Anime tte mita arimasu?", the people he asked to answer "anime mimasu". And when takeshii ask "Saikin mita anime toka tte?", they answer "saikin mite no wa Psycho Pass desu". i'm kinda confused...

1. Anime tte mita arimasu? -> does it mean "is there some anime you watch?" ??

2. Why he ask "saikin mita anime toka tte?" i'm confused about the format of this phrase. can you guys explain more about this? and does "toka" means "like", "such as"??

3. Saikin mite no wa..... i'm confused, why use "no wa"? and why is there no "ni" after Saikin??

I'm sorry before if this is a lot.
