3)For the most part, this is correct. Just drop the have as you don't posses trade. Drop the "the" as well.

4)Real gentlemen are humble, modest(Humbleness and modesty have differences, so no parenthesis are required.), and polite to everyone.(No need to mention politeness twice.)

Humbleness: A humble person is a person who is willing to accept/respect another person's authority, intellect, and wisdom/superiority without trying to challenge it or assert them self. This refers to ego, unlike modesty, which refers to behavior.
Modesty: A modest person is successful but doesn't call attention to the fact that they are so well off. When it comes to something being "modest", it's usually that it isn't big or huge enough. For example, a "modest" paycheck, meaning you earned a lot of money from it but it could've had more in your opinion.
