Question about English (US)

What's the difference between US English and UK English?
How many Americans speak English without avoiding the grammar?
Nowadays people speak like wassup, hun, bae, lil bit, cash me out how bow dah,etc so I often get confused.
And by the way, bae is the most ridiculous jargon I've ever heard.
Google says bae is a person's boyfriend or girlfriend.
Dictionary says bae is a Danish word for poop.
No offense.
