山田さんは、心が広そうですね。
The antonym is "心が狭い".

By the way, "器(うつわ)が大きい" is almost same as "心が広い". ^^

Examples:
山田さんは器が大きいですね
山田さんは人としての器が大きそうですね

The antonym is " sin ga semai ".
