Question about English (US)

About a tax document : I would like you to change this to more natural English please. I will send this letter to IRS (American tax office) from my company in Japan.
- - - - -
Hello,

My company got a letter from IRS about the tax payment of my company's EIN. The letter has no error in my name and address which we resisted.

IRS said “- - - you must file Form No.xxxx - - -”.
I think, my company doesn’t need to file it because my company got EIN to receive book royalties from American companies such as Amazon, Google and so on.

My company also take “Convention between Japan and USA for the avoidance of double taxation”.
If this is my misunderstanding, let me know, please.

Best regards,
does this sound natural?
