Ah, I see. I looked up the Modern Family script online, but I think there has been a transcription error. Most of the websites that have that line printed like that are Asian websites.
I did more searching and I think I found the original line from the English script (see below).
CLAIRE: I was out of control growing up, there you know, I said it. I just don't want my kids to make the same bad mistakes I made. If Hailey never wakes up on a beach in Florida half naked, I've done my job.
PHIL: Our job.
CLAIRE: Right, I've done our job.
So Claire is basically saying, as long as her daughter does not get into such a bad situation that she is (for example) waking up half-naked on a beach after a night out drinking, then Claire has done her job (she has done her job of raising a respectable child).
Phil then corrects her saying that raising Hailey is both of their jobs, and then Claire corrects Phil jokingly saying that yes it's both of their jobs but she (Claire) does all the work (in raising Hailey).
