It's been 3 months since I came to Canada！
This month was busy but It was so fun！
I'm getting to be fat by the way.

Most was good! I have no idea what you mean by stomach luxury though! Luxury means "fancy" or "very nice". Also, "I would like to focus on studying English more" sounds better
