I am refreshing my Polish conjugations and I understand, I (ja), you (ty) - singular, on (he), ona (she), ono (it) but some of the other ones I am not quite sure on...

Ty is singular while wy is plural. For example, you would say "Ty jesteś" - You are towards only one person, and "Wy jesteście" -you are - but towards two or more people / a group of people
