Everything is the same. However Québécois don't see themselves as Canadian so some will look down on those who speak English to them rather than French.

It's not the same, the culture is very different. Provinces outside of Quebec are heavily influenced by American and British culture. Quebec is heavily influenced by French / (non-British) European culture.
Even the legal system used in Quebec is different. Provincial law in Quebec is based on the French civil code system. Provincial law in other provinces is based on the British common law system.
Traditions and holidays are also somewhat different in Quebec. For example, most of Canada has huge celebrations on July 1 to celebrate Canada day, but July 1 is not a big holiday in Quebec and many people there do not celebrate it.
Instead, people from Quebec usually celebrate Fête nationale (also known as Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day) on June 23-24. This is treated as a public holiday and usually there are lots of festivities and fireworks. This holiday is not officially recognized/celebrated in any province outside of Quebec.
The people of Quebec are generally very proud of their language and culture, and take many steps to protect them. Also, many residents of Quebec feel as though Quebec is an independent entity that should have its own sovereignty (basically they would like for Quebec to be its own country separate from Canada).
The political values of Quebec residents also tend to differ from many other provinces and there are various federal political parties (such as the Parti Québécois) which only exist in Quebec.

Politics aside, you don't need to go to a beer store to get alcohol, you can just walk into any grocery store or gas station to get beer or even wine.

@fieryelf This is true, but it's not exactly unique to Quebec.
You can purchase beer/alcohol at various grocery stores in Ontario for example. Newfoundland and Labrador, like Quebec, also allow beer to be sold at local convenience stores etc.
It is generally more common in Quebec because there are fewer regulations and restrictions on where and how alcohol can be sold, but it's not the only province that permits alcohol to be sold outside of designated beer/liquor stores.

@AnaPaulaMelo Each province has its own vibe. Quebec included. Small things will be different that make it feel different.
For example, I was driving in Quebec a few days ago with my sister and she commented on how the depanneurs in Quebec are always covered in posters and signs. It looks charming, but you'd never see that in most other provinces because it would come across as messy. But in Quebec, people don't care how proper things like depanneurs look. It feels very family/community oriented and welcoming, especially in the rural areas.
That's my opinion anyways :p

Québec is a lot more Eurocentric as many laws reflect those in France and europe(such as the 18 year old drinking age). Wine is very important in our culture and it is true that a lot of Québécois look down on English Canadians, heck we have more quebec flags flying than Canadian ones. Our Parti Quebecois also has strong ties to Latin American countries
