What's this saying?
「そんな両親に育てられたシェリリンさんは両親とは違い、娘とのキスやハグなどのスキンシップを大切にしてきました。」
I don't understand the function of 育てられた and the 両親とは and also にしてきました。
育てられた what's this mean?
両親とは why is the "とは" there?
にしてきました。 what function does the に serve?

大切にする means cherish something . (Present)
大切にしてきました she has cherished something ( present perfect)

とは is a combination of particles と and は
1)can mean: "the thing that is called" (i.e. ボタン*とは*なんですか。）
2)can mean: with (i.e. わたし、Aさん*とは*スポーツをしたり、勉強したりします。）
3) can mean: "surprise/shock about something" (i.e. あの人がそんなバカなことを言った*とは*・・・）
I think here とはmeans 2) :
