Question about English (US)
Hello.
I'm practicing to write or speak long sentence.
This is a quite long sentence, and I hope somebody will correct this:D
When I was walking around my home, I saw a woman she was standing at just besides a pond. In her left hand I saw a plastic bag seemed she just bought something, while I couldn't see her right hand for some greens are there between us.
Here, imagine, a woman is standing with her dog having a plastic bag on her way back home from small shopping and staring at her dog waiting dog's urinating or defecating. Her posture was exactly the same as that kind.
I thought she was with her dog, because I couldn't see her right hand and she was staring at below. But I knew where the boundary of pond is and if she was with her dog, all these positions are something strange, she was too close to the pond, for she was staring at below and its direction was toward the pond seemed looking at her dog urinating or defecating or whatever. So I was wondering all these positioning, and I passed the greens, eventually I saw her right hand and what I saw in her right hand was fishing rod! She was fishing! I've never seen a fisher man who is standing straightly while having a plastic bag looks really on way back home from small shopping. So I was kind of astonished and my countenance would be full of smiling with a little suppressed.

Well pee and poop are kinda immature words, but it is said more often that urinate and defecate.
Urinate and defecate are pretty formal and sound stiff.
A lot of times you will hear people say "I got to pee" or "I have to take a poop" but more in casual situations. Though "I have to go to the washroom" is definitely more common
Sometimes it's better to just say "the dog has to to its business" or "the dog is relieving itself" but "the dog is pooping/peeing " is still fine.
if you have more questions I will be glad to answer :)

"I saw a woman, she was standing beside the pond" "I saw a plastic bag, it seemed like she lost something" "I couldn't see here right hand for a *bush?* was between us"
"Here, imagine a woman is standing with her dog and is holding a plastic bag on her way back home from a short shopping trip and her dog is staring at her, urinating or defecating."
"and she was staring down below, but I knew where she was in relation with the pond and it would it would not make sense if her dog was with her. She was too close to the pond, for she was looking down below in the direction of her dog urinating or defecating or whatever" "So I was wondering why her positioning was so weird and when I passed the bush, I eventually saw her right hand and in her right hand was a fishing rod!" "I've never seen a fisherman who was standing so straight while holding a plastic bag who was on their was back from shopping." "So I was kinda astonished and my countenance would be smiling with a little surprise"

Thank you for answering.
Some parts I learnt from your answer and it really helps me a lot.
If you have some more motivation, could you answer me again please?
Other parts, I'll explain what I wanted to say.
I wanted to say that she bought something so that's why she was holding a plastic bag. so, how should I modify my sentence?
She was staring at her dog, not dog was staring her.
It should be... way back home from a short shopping trip. And she was staring at her dog for waiting the dog is urinating or defecating. is this ok? or what is more natural?

hmmm, maybe "On her way back home from a short shopping trip, she was staring at her dog, waiting for her dog to finish urinating or defecating"
In casual speech it is also ok to say peeing or pooping and you can also say "waiting for her dog to relieve itself"
