I haven't seen this letter and I couldn't find it in my dictionary.
Maybe is it a kanji in Chinese?

「禄」に似てますが、右上部分が違いますね。
「禄」なら「a blessing given by the gods」のようです。

I asked my Chinese friend about it, and he wrote down the same kanji as I did. Therefore, I think the left one is the best possible equivalent to the kanji I can think of.
Both read ろく
禄 / 祿( they are the same yet in a different type of kanji )
