I'm talking with you. Does this sound natural?

A little unnatural
When you say talking , it would sound more natural if the ING was pronounced more. When we pronounce it we don't touch our tounge to our teeth and instead to the back of the roof of our mouth .
Also talking with you is correct , it just means your having a conversation whereas talking to would suggest a one way conversation with no reply or a conversation in which case both are okay to use
