This report discusses about interpersonal communication issues in the organisation and the resolution for them. An interview was conducted with one of the carpenters of a construction company, N.E.C. building. The objective of the interview is to identify and evaluate the interpersonal communication issues through chosen three theories; intercultural communication, trust and persuasion.
The poor communication was discovered in the interview and it is clearly linked to the three theories. For organisations focuses on team work play, communication interaction is definitely requisite to enhance the quality of the works. The indigent communication comes from the intercultural communication aspect; such as language barrier or workplace culture. The poor communication can distract to trust someone and it will imperil the other co-workers because his workplace has many risks. Furthermore, if they do not trust the co-workers, it will be hard to persuade.
