Yes and No
When you say injured you mean that something got physically broken. like if a bullet or a knife touched it (and thus you'd die)
use "broke" instead
You broke my heart.

A more commonly used phrase is "you broke my heart" but you injured my heart gets the point across and I think it sounds nice as well!
