I also think "flawless" would be a more common choice of word in this case. A "flawless performance" is a common combination.

Her performance delivering the speech was flawless.
Her delivery of the speech was flawless.
Immaculate is correct here, but it is more often used to describe a physical object or space.
He's very neat. Ever time I've visited his house, the kitchen has been immaculate.
