I was watching a sombody's vlog and found 'that vlogger' was wearing a beautiful sunglasses , so i became to want some info. about that.
Can i say, in this case, like " sunglasses tag, plz~."?.

I see what you're saying, but usually tags like that are just for people (to introduce them to the YouTuber's audience).
The vlogger may be confused if you ask for a sunglasses tag, as that's very specific :') But, you could ask for a "Shopping Haul" video or a "June Favorites" video.

You could ask: "What brand are those sunglasses?" - it's not exactly proper English, but it's commonly used.
