A little unnatural
"Drunk driving" is correct but another way to say it would be "driving while drunk". In addition, a way to ask whether or not either is correct, you can say, "Are either "drunk driving" or "driving drunk" correct?"

Natural
Basically natural but to be strictly correct you need a dash or something in there:
"Drunk driving" and "driving drunk" - either is correct right?
I would write it:
"Drunk driving" or "driving drunk" - either is correct, right?
