No. The examples are an incorrect use of English. An email or attachment cannot be 'well received'. It has either been received or it has not. Instead you can say something like "I was pleased to receive your news/attachment".

That ohrasing is a bit awkward and overly formal. In business correspondence I use ""Thank you very much for your (quick) response"
