My friend sent me a weird picture of him then I wanna say "that picture could be a fine ass one but they photoshopped it too much and now you look like a clown" would it be natural?
(I've seen people using that "fine ass" as it was an adjective, in this context, is it correct?)

I think "fine ass" isn't an adjective it's just a word people use to say that it's "fine" but in a cooler way, but yeah I think your answer is correct.
