Usually, in malaysia, girl with a white skin, sharp nose, big eye and slender figure or a girl with beautiful smile, maybe. I do not quite agree with Malaysia standard on white skin😅. Girl here tend to do anything to have a white skin. They even take supplement or any harmful skincare contain mercury just to have a white skin tone.
malaysian standard beauty are subjective. We tend not to judge people towards any standard to be called beauty...because everyone has their own beauty and charm. what's important is the beauty of your heart (whispering: ...and money...)
I admit that I don't know much about the standards of other races here, but as A Chinese Malaysian, I realise that most of us think Europeans are the prettiest. We are very obsessed with big eyes, sharp nose and white skin.
mostly in malaysia fair skin girl is what malaysia call as pretty. As for the supplement that give the skin to become more fair usually are famous among malay girls this is becoz they usually have medium skin tone.
Well, Malaysian doesn't have standard on beauty. It very subjective topic. You will find that people from Malaysia will give you different answers. Everybody will have their preferences. We hv more than 40 ethnics in Malaysia and we have exotic beauty. My standard of beauty changes all the time depending on characters of the individual. Don't worry..i think you are beautiful in your own ways. Be yourself. We Malaysians are very acceptance all kind of beauty.
I know that every Malaysian knows this. They prefer the fair skin toned people. I know sometimes we don't say it out loud it's just a silent agreement and denial.
Every freakin time when meeting cousins or strangers sometimes the first thing they will say is " oh putihnya kulit~" which directly translated as " oh you have a really fair skin " or " hitam gila kau~ " , " ni sorang je yang hitam ni " which basically means you've a really dark skin toned.
Hitam - black Putih - white ( but in this case it's fair )
