Question about English (UK)
If I were a native English speaker, I didn't need to suffer so terribly. I know that this weekend is the last chance to improve my reading skills until next TOEIC test though... English documents are driving me crazy!😱 Does this sound natural?

A little unnatural
I would say 'I wouldn't need to suffer so terribly' instead and 'I know that this weekend is my last chance to improve my reading skills before the next TOEIC test' (no though). Overall, very good!

Natural
It's really good :)
I would change "I didn't need to suffer so terribly." To "I wouldn't need to suffer so terribly."
I would also erase the word "though".
In order to sound more natural :)

I would also put "wouldn't"... but I would leave "though". :)
