When people in English talk very fast, any harsh sound become soft because it takes more time to say a harsh sound. I can't understand certain parts because he has slurred the words too much.
This is what I heard, it doesn't make any sense to me either.
"Welcome to the voice of my eyes in the sky and the rain of the movement and I'm wondering why. Then there behind me (there hissed the?) creek, I turn around fast and I'm caught by the jungle beat.
Moving to the voice, get mine into the ground, then (a-weighing the digits) I hear a strange sound and that the waves who were clear then I climbed up a tree went up alone and tell you what I see.
(Move along this) then I'm hitting the ground with the echo and the force that'll pull the sound. I look to the faces I thought I could see, I look at the people that caught by the jungle beat.
So let me tell you what you do when you walk in the jungle, put your (itch?) on the ground when you (hiss the grana??), and then you get away of being a (rep), retreat to the chance you may be caught."
