I would say "Ei kiinnosta" (Not interested)
It sounds rude though :D

I would use "ihan sama" which means whatever :D
but if you say "mulle on ihan sama" it would basically mean "I don't care" (literally "it's whatever to me"

"En välitä" does feel a bit like it needs an object. It is perfectly natural to say "En välitä rahasta." or "En välitä muiden mielipiteistä." Just saying "En välitä" causes the listener to somewhat expect some word(s) to follow after that. Sometimes it is natural to just say "En välitä" as a response to a question like "haluatko lopun kahvin?" Such a response may sound rude or expressive of a negative mood.
The other options already mentioned, such as "ihan sama" or "ei kiinnosta" are usually more natural as standalone correspondents for "I don't care".

There are also phrases like 'minulle on yhdentekevää', 'vähät välittää' and 'viisveisata'. Do they require another kind of context?

kielihullu's suggestions sound more like written text, and they do need some context. "Minulle on yhdentekevää" starts a sentence and you must continue with what is unimportant. "Vähät välittää" is used like a verb, so it needs "who vähät välittää of what". Viisveisata is also a verb, so the same goes for that.

And I agree with what everyone's said :) It depends on the context, I think I sort of assumed it was in a sentence and not by itself.
