@Momoneco "non fa niente" si usa quando qualcuno si scusa, altre espressioni invece sono "di niente" "di nulla" "figurati" che significano tutte che non c'è bisogno di ringraziare, come in giapponese si dice no no "いいえ。", invece "prego" è un modo educato e generico per rispondere a un ringraziamento che "meritiamo", come credo sia "どう いたしまして"
