There is no difference. Usually you will use 'in' after saying invest.
As in most cases you are investing in something.
For example:
I am invested in you
I have invested in stocks
I will invest in your product

Can I ask more?
Do you say
I invested my money and time.
Or
I invested in my money and time.
Both are acceptable?

You would say 'I invested my time and money' or 'I invested my money and time'.
Time and money is more natural to me because that is the saying.
Basically you are saying that you put money and time in to doing something.
To say 'I invested in my time and money' you would almost be saying something like 'you put time and money in to time and money.' This does not make sense in English.

Yeah absolutely, just a few things to make small changes to.
I didn't actually correct this earlier but I just noticed: "I invested" should be "I've invested" or "I have invested".
While saying "English study" does make sense it is better to say:
"I've invested my time and money in studying English"
