I am really frustrated the service you are providing for DTH.I would like to tell you that within a week 5 Service Engineers visited to check the problem but no one can resolve it properly.
Request to you that Please take an appropriate action in this matter or I have to switch airtel.I am facing the problem from 2 months I am paying for HD channels even I am not able to see Sd channels.
I am attaching the service visit reports for your reference and a screen shot of TV of today.
IF MY ISSUE WILL NOT RESOLVE I WILL CHOOSE TATA SKY. Pl check and correct mistakes Does this sound natural?

I am even paying for HD channels but I am not able to see HD channels.
