Question about English (US)

The situation:
I was asking a cashier one canvas bag which is the special one from that store on the counter. He was trying to find new one but he didn't. And the queue for paying was getting long and he looked busy. He excused me for taking time to find it and was sorry about it. But it was okay for me. And I wanted to say in nice way. I did't care the fact it took longer than I expected.
In this situation, does "Don't worry. Take your time." sound natural? Or What would you say in this situation?
I just said "it's okay." and I think it's not enough to express my intention(more nicely.)
