Could you correct my diary last week ?
Monday
Dr.Saito told me that I was good condition.
I was relieved when I heard this comments.
I just have to go, but I don't have to hurry up.
Tuesday
My friend Aki didn't only teach me a lots skills of sewing but also gave me her handmade jam and vegetables. She is seems to be my older sister.

There are a few things I would change:
"Monday
Dr. Saito told me that I was in good condition.
I was relieved when I heard this. I have to go, but I'm not in a hurry."
If you change this comments to this, it refers back to your visit with Dr. Saito and connects the two. Also, the last sentence needed to be changed just a little so it didn't sound repetitive.
"Tuesday
My friend Aki teach me a lot of skills for sewing, but she also gave me her handmade (homemade) jam and vegetables as well. She's like an older sister to me."
Just a few more changes to give your sentences a more natural feel to them. You can use handmade or homemade whichever you prefer.
