@mofuyumi First of all, you probably already know there are two Chinese systems. It depends on your motive. If you're interested in CCP-related things, you should google "pinyin" apps. On the other hand, if you're interested in Taiwan or cultural China study, then the traditional Chinese(Zhuyin system) apps would be your target. We can help better with a bit detail. :)

For pinyin, my Chinese classmate once recommended an app called "Learn Chinese - ChineseSkill." Maybe you can try and also go to "simplified Chinese" sector to ask for more. Good Luck.

чтобы отработать тайваньское произношение, лучше смотреть видео, как мне кажется
для грамматики подойдет учебник кондрашевского (в интернете часто появляются таблички из него)

In fact, we also offer pinyin and simplified Chinese learning resources in Taiwan. "DangDai: A Course in Contemporary Chinese"(當代中文) is one of them. They have released their own app on iPhone/iPad. You can download it and enjoy the first 3 lessons free of charge before buying it. You may search it in APP store by using keyword like "DangDai" .
