"I'll get to it" means you're going to do something, but you haven't done it yet. "I've got it" means you had something. For example:
"Are you going to walk the dog?"
"I'll get to it."
"Did you you ever catch that big fish in the lake?"
"I've got it once, but it swam away."

I've got it can also be used to say "I can handle it." or "I'll do it."!
