"However ..." a more formal way of saying "But ...".
It is like ใใใใใand ใใงใใ.
(The word can also mean "No matter if" or "No matter how", but that is very different.)
"Even though" is more like ใโฆใฆใใ
ใไฝใ็พๅณใใใชใใฆใๆ็ใฏๅ
จ้จ้ฃในใพใใใใ
"I ate everything, even though it didn't taste very good."
We can also use "although" or "despite the fact that":
"Despite the fact that it didn't taste very good, I ate everything."
"Although it didn't taste very good, I ate everything."
If we want to talk about the future or a possibility, use "even if" instead.

"Even if the weather is bad tomorrow, let's go for a drive."
