As same, Korea's biggest vehicle company 'hyundai' also have improved rights of their laborers after founded. And this move makes a term that call 'noble labor union'.

Even though The Hyundai car Labor union is a pioneer of Korea labor union, Most of Korea citizens hate their movements such as a strike.
Because, member of Hyundai labor union's average salary is about 90,000,000 Won for a year. In contrast, Korean workers average salary is a 31,120,000 Won
In spite of a blame, Hyundai Labor union went on a strike for their gain.
This year Hyundai is having a difficult time because of the THAAD problem and sluggishness of U.S. Market.
In this issue, On the company side It is hard to raise a salary for labor union.
Enough is enough, on account of greed, do not make a decrease a productivity and collapse of suppliers. I hope that, as representative of Korea labor union, Hyundai motors union is striving for their rights, but they have to change a attitude which negotiate reasonably with the company.
