Thank you, nijiko! I'm not sure what's the difference of "There is no problem with my shirt" and "There are no problems with my shirt". 1shirt is okay. But problems are zero, not 1, 2, or more. My understanding is like this. If i imagine more than 2 problems, I use a plural. Is it right?

When you're talking about a single thing, "no problem" and "no problems" mean the same thing. It is only really necessary to use "problems" instead of "problem" when talking about more than one thing, like in nijiko's examples above.
