What is the difference between 性格 and 人柄 and 個性 ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

You can say 性格がいい and 人柄がいい, althogh you can say 性格が悪い but can't say 人柄が悪い, and you can't say neither 個性がいい/個性が悪い.
Otherwise, we usually say 個性がある/個性的だ/個性が強い when someone has a ”unique” character.
Both 性格 and 人柄 are similar.
In my point of view, 人柄 is more suggestive personal inside, like kindness, not to be blamed.
性格 is one's character, you could say you like/dislike his/her one.
