Question about Korean

What is the difference between 제가 한국어를 공부해요 and 저는 한국어를 공부해요 ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

Hard to explain...
In case "제가", may have accent in ME. Like, "Who learning Korean IS ME".
In case "저는", may have accent in NOT LIKE OTHERS. Like, "I'm learning Korean, which others don't."
It's just difference of nuance, so there's not much different in meaning.
That is, you can say both to another one to say "I'm learning Korean", just the fact that you're learning Korean.
... In fact, you can even get rid of "가" or "는". You just can say, "저 한국어 공부해요", That's natural, short, has perfect meaning of that.

Ah, Ofcourse, "제가" and "저는" is different in saying myself.
You should know the difference between "~가" and "~는".

@yujeenlynn Oh, I got it, let me explain.
이/가 comes after, makes "subject" accent of the sentence. When YOU do something, YOU is the subject.
는/은 comes after, makes "purpose" accent of some action. When something GOT something DONE by someone, or something.
There are some cases you can use both, but there are some unnatural. It's hard to explain even for us natives.
Here's some example when you can't use both.
"나는 네가 구르는 걸 봤어."
Means, "I saw you rolling." But it's not natural like this :
"내가 너는 구르는 걸 봤어."
"너는" is a little wrong in this case. the action "rolling" is done by "you", not just done by something else.
"내가" is wrong too, because I saw THAT, you rolling, and that's the point of this sentence.
But, REALLY SPECIAL case, that the point, the accent of sentence is at ME that you were rolling NOT LIKE OTHERS, you can use "내가 너는~" sentence.
I just searched about 은/는/이/가 problem, and I found there's same people like us, can't define exactly the difference of them. And I knew that's not an easy thing today. Wow. Thanks(?).
